•Payment stage.
1. First please provide your valid e-mail address enabling us to keep contact with you, e.g. order status, clarifications, etc. You will receive on your e-mail order number, password and invitation to provide product shipment details as well as the link for downloading when the payment receipt is confirmed by our payment service provider MoneyBookers .
2. Upon entering e-mail please click on the shopping basket image. You may also click on the link “Buy this product”.
3. There will be confirmation message on the next page with the information regarding ordered software type, price, and your e-mail and order number. You will obtain the order number by e-mail address as well. Please check that all information is correct. If everything is right then please click on MoneyBookers logo or the link "Buy this product with MONEYBOOKERS". You will be redirected to the Moneybookers page which implements secure payment procedure. We do not receive information about you from Moneybookers but only the notification regarding the final payment result.
4. If you already have a Moneybookers account with sufficient balance, you can complete your payment immediately.
5. If you do not yet have a Moneybookers account, you can now sign up there and complete your payment using a credit card or bank transfer. Your order status remains PENDING until we receive your payment. Please follow the instructions on moneybookers.com to proceed.
6. Please click on OK button when your transaction is finished on Moneybookers’ site and you will be forwarded back to our store.
7. In case your payment is received all required information regarding how to get software is sent to you immediately.
8. If your order status remains pending then e-mail with all required information would be sent to you as soon as your payment will be confirmed by Moneybookers.

• How to get the software.
1. As soon as your payment is confirmed you will receive e-mail with invitation for registering to provide us with your contact information for sending the product by post your and information how to download the software if necessary. There are three key elements required: order number, your download password and link to the special page.
2. After you open the received e-mail message please click on the download link or just copy and paste it in your browser window. You will need to put your order number and password in required fields.
3. Also you will find the web form to “Request product CD by post” on this page. It is necessary to feel this form with your address and contact information in order to receive the product by regular post.
4. After that click on the button ‘Get product” and shopping process will be finished. In case you choose downloadable software then the download process will start automatically. All you need is save software on your disk.
