Risk of loss
1. All items purchased from pharosnavigator.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Returns Policy.

1. Pharosnavigator.com does not accept returns of the
(a) downloadable products unless it is proved that the product is not running accordingly to its specifications
(b) items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund policy.
1. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. The shipping shall be made using official shipment provider with all package delivery registration. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return by the shipper, the time it takes us to process it upon the receipt and the time it takes by our bank to process our refund request. We will be notified via e-mail regarding your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
2. The cost of return shipping is covered by you unless the return is the result of our error.
