The software installations and training workshop “UNIDO software BEST, FIT, PHAROS and MCCT” were implemented in Syktyvkar, Komi Republic, Russia within UNIDO Project for Komi Republic of Russian Federation “Sustainable Industrial Development and Competitiveness” in 1999. S.Golovanov, UNIDO International Consultant assisted national experts in selection of pilot enterprises, data collection and reviewing preparatory work done by national experts and supported installation of the software and training of users.
